We collect information you provide when booking or contacting us — including name, email, phone, preferred travel dates, PEWC/TCPA consent (checkbox, timestamp, consent text version), and payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers when using Stripe Checkout).

When you check the Prior Express Written Consent box, you authorize WanderPass to contact you at the number provided for marketing (including autodialer, prerecorded or AI voice, and SMS), even if on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

We use this information to process reservations, communicate about your package, improve our marketing, and comply with law. We may share booking details with fulfillment partners, resort operators, and payment processors as needed to deliver the package.
